Come contribute to a large-scale collage installation by utilizing various mediums, including xerox prints, vinyl letters, tape, paint, and more! Participants are encouraged to delete, juxtapose, paint over, and add design elements and collaborate with one another as the piece is created over the course of San Diego Design Week.

About the hosts

Arzu Ozkal

Arzu Ozkal is a Turkish-born, San Diego-based artist, designer, and researcher whose work focuses on design’s role in looking for forms of creative and critical outcomes through participation and collaboration. Ozkal recently received her first design patent for an assistive device for use by families and caregivers in museum and gallery settings.

Min Choi

Min Choi is a passionate designer and educator living in sunny San Diego, California. Leveraging almost 20 years of brand identity, corporate communications, design for entertaining, environmental, infographics, and packaging to interactive design, she enjoys collaborating with clients and creatives from various industries. She imparts her knowledge and love of design to the next generation of designers by teaching at MiraCosta College, and previously taught at San Diego State University (SDSU) and San Diego City College.
