Societe Brewing Company is a small independently-owned brewery located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. Societe was founded in 2012 on the idea that beer is the world’s greatest social uniter. This mindset inspired the name “Societe” and guides them to view the brewery as a vehicle for bringing people together from all walks of life. The brewery’s rallying cry, “Beer Folk Unite!” is just as much about making great beer as it is about building community.

Ever wonder who was behind the design of a beer can? This outdoor gallery will feature an exhibition of beer cans and the designers who created them.
Popping up just outside Societe Brewing Company, this open air exhibition will give guests a chance to dive into a curated selection of beer cans from two of the most influential designers working in our region – Tyler Cristobal (San Diego) and Andrea Carrillo Iglesias (Tijuana).
The exhibit will also feature the work of Mother Sponge, the San Diego based design studio behind Societe's brand. Leave the exhibition with a good handle on the process of designing for a 16 ounce canvas, the art of connecting people through beer, and the many ways San Diego-Tijuana have inspired each other throughout the evolution of the craft beer scene in one of the most established craft beer cities in the nation.
All ages welcome.
