Join us for an Interactive Fashion Exhibition and Runway Show that will showcase a Ready-to-Wear collection with Costume designs, Streetwear, and Cut-and-Sew techniques. This experience will exhibit how Fashion can also be a vessel to represent, celebrate, and amplify the importance of AAPI and Filipino-American Culture in the Fashion and Entertainment industries.
As a Filipino Immigrant, “Dearly Beloved” is a representation of being resilient in the face of adversities, connecting modern and traditional lifestyles, and bridging mixed identities and upbringing.
The show will take place at 1835 Studios: a cultural hub, creative studios, and event venue for local artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and innovators located in Sherman Heights, San Diego.
