About the hosts

Travis Swikard / Callie Restaurant

Callie is Chef Travis Swikard’s California-Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean coastline that he became immersed in during his time cooking at Boulud Sud, one of iconic French chef Daniel Boulud’s New York City restaurants.

John Resnick & Chef Eric Bost / Jeune et Jolie

Jeune et Jolie aims to reimagine French cuisine through the vibrant lens of our Southern California landscape. The indoor and outdoor space portrays the exuberance of the young and curious: carefree and light-hearted with touches of Parisian polish balanced with the casual, California coast culture.

Greg Bleier / Studio UNLTD

A native of New York City, Greg earned a B.A. in studio arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in interior design from the University of Cincinnati before relocating to Los Angeles, where he founded Studio UNLTD.

The firm quickly developed a specialty in custom hospitality design working with such acclaimed concepts as Bestia, Bavel and Otium. The firm understands that the heart of a project is generated by the client and serves as a means of transforming those ideas into a successful and tangible manifestation of a concept.
